Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate the efforts of construction teams to ensure timely project completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
2. Analyze and comprehend all project documentation, including specifications, contracts, blueprints, and timelines.
3. Utilize project management software for effective document handling, collaboration, and markup.
4. Manage and supervise all phases of the construction process for multifamily/podium projects, from initial planning to final execution.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all construction activities.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly with multifamily/podium projects.
2. Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide construction teams effectively.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
6. Proven ability to interpret and understand construction documents, including blueprints, contracts, and schedules.
7. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
8. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Safety certification or training is advantageous.
