Position Overview:
This role is for a Salesforce System Administrator who will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce administration and will work closely with both technical teams and end-users to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations and user accounts.
  • Provide expert support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with technical peers and management to address system needs and enhancements.
  • Implement and oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability.

Required Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, focusing on routine maintenance.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments.
  • Ability to manage code modifications and updates across Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with external integrations such as AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.
