Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and create custom applications and automate business processes via SFDC.
  • Creates and manages workflow rules and use of Salesforce Lightning.
  • Monitors and debugs deployment tools.
  • Manages communication between different systems using web services.
  • Support testing, including Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and provide guidance on maximizing system potential.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns that adhere to Protected Health Information (PHI) and CAN-SPAM regulations, including managing unsubscribe mechanisms and ensuring accurate sender information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Platform development.
  • Experience working developing builds and logic in Salesforce.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and setting up Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
  • Ability to create technical documentation for monitoring, changes, and enhancements in Salesforce.
  • Superb communication skills (written and oral).
  • Effective listener.
  • Experience with Salesforce mobile application capabilities and basics of Lightning framework.
  • Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScript.

  • Experience in Medicaid or other healthcare claims system(s) IT projects preferred, but not mandatory.
