About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our client's team in Columbia, SC. This is a 12+ month project where you will play a vital role in maintaining, enhancing, and integrating the Salesforce platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring secure access and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee sandbox environments for development and testing, collaborating with developers on code updates.
- Monitor workflow queues and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate on configuring and maintaining external integrations with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD to ensure seamless data flow.
- Set up and maintain identity providers, focusing on Azure AD, for secure access within Salesforce.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations and provide user support as needed.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments.
- Proficiency in promoting code updates across different environments.
- Familiarity with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD integrations.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field plus 5+ years of IT experience.
- Relevant experience can substitute for a degree.
