Key Qualifications for the IT Systems Administrator I / Technical Support Analyst:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in Help Desk Tier II support.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Server 2012 R2, Microsoft Server 2016, and Microsoft Office 2016 is essential.
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with sponsorship.

Responsibilities of the IT Systems Administrator I / Technical Support Analyst:

  • Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
  • Deliver tier II support through phone and email interactions.
  • Administer Active Directory tasks.
