This position is fundamentally responsible for broadening Triad's presence in the Manufactured Housing sector while achieving or surpassing revenue objectives. As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in the executive leadership team, tasked with formulating and executing Triad's sales and marketing initiatives. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this role. We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range from $255K to $285K, alongside annual bonuses and performance-based share units.   • Executive Leadership - Craft and implement a holistic sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals, emphasizing brand positioning, target audience identification, and market differentiation. Provide strategic insights on sales and marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments, guiding the organization in adapting to evolving market conditions.
  • Sales Leadership and Development - Guide and mentor Regional Managers to operate as a cohesive and high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace. Offer direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, supporting their advancement within the organization.
  • Brand Management - Establish and oversee the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual representation, and tone across all marketing channels. Supervise the creation of branding guidelines and standards, safeguarding brand integrity in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Implement a systematic approach to engage with key customers and prospective clients through various means to ensure that Triad delivers the highest level of customer service.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention - Lead initiatives to identify and analyze target markets, customer segments, and the competitive landscape to develop effective customer acquisition and retention strategies. Align sales and marketing efforts with revenue objectives, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitoring Sales & Marketing Performance - Evaluate weekly and monthly reports to ensure progress towards achieving sales targets and enhancing the Triad brand. Analyze customer feedback surveys and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to assess sales and marketing outcomes.
  • Digital Marketing - Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Monitor and assess digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Content Strategy - Lead the development of engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and more. Utilize content marketing to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Marketing Analytics - Employ data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance return on investment (ROI). Establish tracking mechanisms and reporting systems to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management - Formulate and oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve strategic objectives while ensuring optimal ROI.
  • People Operations - Exhibit effective utilization of team members through strategic hiring, performance assessment, internal talent development, and talent retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies. Experience in manufactured housing, lending, or construction is highly preferred.
