- Assist marketing efforts by educating community physicians on the benefits of hospice care.

- Provide timely medical diagnoses and signatures on necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with attending physicians to optimize patient care and resolve any conflicts regarding treatment.

- Confirm patient eligibility for hospice care and evaluate ongoing appropriateness for services.

- Work with the Utilization Management Committee to ensure continued compliance with hospice care regulations.

- Educate staff and community members on hospice data, regulations, and practices, reinforcing the value of hospice services.
