As a Lead Technical Program Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives within our Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology sectors. Your expertise will help us transition from good to exceptional, identifying the systems and processes that will elevate our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary advocate for USCS and EDD Tech, collaborating with stakeholders to propel strategic programs forward.
  • Lead initiatives that align with the technology strategy of USCS and EDD Tech.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of software design principles.
  • Facilitate technical discussions regarding architectural approaches and system designs, documenting solutions collaboratively.
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders, including Technology, Product, and Business teams, to champion strategic projects.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap, focusing on iterative delivery and key milestones.
  • Ensure timely completion of roadmaps within defined scope and budget, integrating lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and risks, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across teams, addressing impediments as necessary.
  • Oversee change management and release management activities.
  • Navigate complex inter-team technical dependencies, enhancing technical management.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to clarify objectives and advocate for simplification.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocations effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify operational risks and work collaboratively for remediation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of independent decision-making in project management.
  • Experience leading change in dynamic environments and influencing peers and leaders.
  • Minimum of 7 years in Software Project Management, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical mindset capable of simplifying complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in software delivery.
