Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies to increase revenue across our ancillary revenue streams, including co-branded credit cards, travel insurance, EZAir, hotel packages, and transfers.
- Pricing Strategy: Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue. Develop pricing models and recommendations to drive incremental growth in net revenue.
- Marketing Initiatives: Partner with our marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our ancillary revenue businesses, focusing on guest awareness and conversion optimization.
- Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Develop annual strategic plans and financial goals for our ancillary revenue streams. Utilize data and analytics to forecast and track revenue performance, making real-time adjustments as necessary.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Define key performance metrics and develop standard reporting to continuously monitor performance status and adjust strategies as needed. Present key learnings, progress, and performance metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Leadership & Communication: Develop and articulate plans to senior leaders, keep key stakeholders apprised of progress, and lead project teams within a matrix organization. Show appropriate judgment when delivering information based on your audience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in ancillary revenue management or a related field within the travel industry.
- Skills: Strong storytelling ability, translating data into learnings that lead to decision-making. Ability to take an idea from conception to plan to implementation, delivering results within a given timeline. Proven track record of achieving revenue growth in a highly competitive environment.
- Financial Acumen: Excellent financial acumen, P&L management, revenue, and cost management.
- Leadership & Project Management: Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
- Communication & Relationship-Building: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint, excellent data analytics with experience manipulating large amounts of data.
