Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will:
- Hold overall accountability for the deployment and maintenance of systems and platforms across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with platform vendors, infrastructure architects, and stakeholders to develop and sustain platform architecture.
- Act as the technical lead for implementation, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning projects.
- Establish best practices for platform system administration and coordinate with support teams to ensure effective assistance.
- Review vendor roadmaps, monitor release plans, and guide management on upgrade strategies and change management.
- Design and implement tools and reports that facilitate platform monitoring and usage assessment.
- Engage with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve operational and optimization challenges.
- Prepare and present reports to management regarding system and platform issues and opportunities.
- Provide expert-level support for deployed solutions, collaborating with support staff to resolve issues within defined service level agreements.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
- Proven experience demonstrating increasing levels of technical leadership in delivering and maintaining enterprise-level systems and platforms.
- Substantial hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and supporting solutions tailored for clinical business units.
