Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Solution Engineer, you will:
- Hold overall responsibility for the deployment and maintenance of systems and platforms across various departments.
- Collaborate with platform vendors, infrastructure architects, and stakeholders to develop and sustain platform architecture.
- Act as the technical lead for implementation, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning projects.
- Establish best practices for platform system administration and coordinate with support teams to ensure effective assistance.
- Review vendor roadmaps, monitor release plans, and advise management on upgrade strategies and change management.
- Design and implement tools and reports to monitor platform performance and assess usage and issues.
- Engage with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to address operational challenges.
- Prepare and present management reports on system performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert-level support for deployed solutions, assisting support staff in resolving issues within defined service level agreements.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
- Proven experience in a technical lead role, demonstrating increasing responsibility in delivering and maintaining enterprise-level systems and platforms.
- Significant hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and supporting solutions tailored for clinical business units.
