About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sourced Experts Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the Cleveland and Columbus areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand our global third-party logistics (3PL) business in your territory.
  • Be the main sales contact for prospects and manage assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify and develop qualified leads, converting them into loyal customers.
  • Maintain a full sales pipeline with diverse account types and industries.
  • Conduct daily visits to prospects and clients, presenting our value-added services.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including expense reporting and travel planning.
Requirements
  • Over 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record and strong shipper relationships.
  • Expertise in ocean (NVOCC) & air freight, both import and export.
  • Ability to sell additional services such as customs brokerage, consolidation, and more.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-disciplined and highly organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Accurate typing and a quick learner for new applications.
  • Valid drivers license required.
