Job Summary

LabCorp is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead a sales team in the Genetics and Women's Health segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication and business acumen skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Implement a rigorous funnel management process to ensure timely progression of accounts from qualification to close
  • Coach sales representatives through complex selling scenarios involving multiple buying influences
  • Identify and develop key opinion leader and executive-level relationships
  • Manage the region's new business pipeline and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in business or life sciences
  • Minimum 5 years' medical sales experience and 3 years of sales management experience
  • Women's healthcare experience and relationships with hospital systems, OB/GYNs, and KOLs
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to teach them to others
