About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business
  • 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
