Sales Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
