Job Title: Director of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in the Great Lakes Territory. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and sales metrics.
