Insurance Account Representative

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about insurance options, and working with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identify and support local community events, and help manage the website and social media content.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday through Friday (9am to 5:30pm)
