Position Overview
The Sales Renewals team plays a crucial role in maintaining high renewal rates across North America. In this position, you will implement strategies aimed at boosting customer loyalty, enhancing retention rates, and exploring innovative methods for cross-selling and upselling our offerings. This role reports to a Renewals Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated territory to drive revenue through contract renewals, ensuring a high renewal close rate.
  • Engage in proactive outreach via calls and emails to inform customers of upcoming renewals and available options.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and provide necessary documentation at least 60 days prior to renewal.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast future sales.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales representatives to secure additional sales.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer accounts for potential risks and proactively resolve issues to facilitate renewals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through precise forecasting and effective sales techniques.
