JOB SUMMARY:

The Aveanna Care Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting AveannaCare users, including participants, clients, caregivers, and reimbursement recipients, while ensuring seamless operational efficiency within AveannaCare.

The Care Coordinator will provide assistance to users through various communication channels such as email, phone, and in-person interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold Aveanna's Core Values
  • Manage and respond to incoming inquiries
  • Oversee and verify attendance and timekeeping records within AveannaCare
  • Update and maintain Employee and Client Service Accounts in the AveannaCare system
  • Generate reports and process data imports as necessary, including within a SQL reporting framework
  • Comply with payroll and billing deadlines
  • Coordinate follow-ups with regional centers, families, and caregivers as required
  • Complete Special Incident Reports (SIRs) and adhere to guidelines set by Regional Centers
  • Address and resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies
  • Investigate, identify, and resolve issues related to AveannaCare
  • Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution strategies as needed
  • Assess data challenges, provide feedback, and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory
  • At least one year of experience in payroll and/or customer service within the past four years
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and the capability to learn proprietary software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; strong organizational skills
  • Flourish in a dynamic work environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
