Role Overview
The Sales Renewals team is integral to driving renewal rates across North America. In this role, you will implement strategies aimed at boosting customer loyalty, enhancing retention rates, and exploring innovative cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. This position reports to a Renewals Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory to generate revenue through contract renewals, ensuring a high renewal close rate.
- Initiate outbound communications to inform customers about their upcoming renewals and available options.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and provide necessary documentation well in advance to facilitate the renewal process.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast outcomes.
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales representatives to finalize deals.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor accounts for potential risks and resolve issues to secure renewals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through precise forecasting and effective sales techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
