Position Overview
The Sales Renewals team is integral to maintaining high renewal rates across North America. In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategies aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, improving retention rates, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our solutions. This position operates under the guidance of a Renewals Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated territory to drive revenue through contract renewals, ensuring a high renewal close rate.
  • Initiate proactive outreach via calls and emails to inform customers of their upcoming renewals and available options.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and provide necessary documentation at least 60 days prior to renewal deadlines.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast accurately.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales representatives to finalize deals.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer accounts for potential risks and resolve issues to promote successful renewals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective forecasting and sales techniques.
