We are currently seeking a
Home Care Account Executive
who thrives on cultivating relationships and promoting services within the healthcare sector.
This role reports to the Area Director of Sales or the VP of Regional Operations and focuses on nurturing connections with physicians, hospitals, management of skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to drive Personal Home Care referrals.
Promote Personal Care services in the field by educating referral partners about personal home care and understanding their business requirements to enhance client referrals.
Organize educational events with referral partners to build relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, communities, and among physicians.
Conduct care consultation meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and present tailored solutions to facilitate new client admissions.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch personnel and field sales teams.
Assist the branch in the timely processing of client billing by gathering necessary client documentation and submitting it to the branch.
Compensation may vary within the provided salary range based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity.
Gentiva offers associates a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one component.Salary Range - $60,000/YR to $90,000/YR plus commission.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree - preferred but not mandatory.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing, preferably in home health, hospice, or a related field.
Experience in roles such as Healthcare Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Client Relationship Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Hospice Liaison, Home Health Specialist, Clinical Liaison, Hospice Care Consultant, Home Health Sales Representative, Hospice Sales Account Executive, Private Duty Home Care Marketer, or Regional Sales Executive is advantageous.
