### Key Responsibilities

* Achieve overall team sales goals by focusing on small to midsize technology vendor accounts and driving the strategic selling skills of the team.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Collaborate with marketing and business technology professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Analyze sales forecasts, pipelines, and data to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention.
* Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped to address client needs.

### Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* Eight years of sales experience, with a minimum of three years of first-line sales management experience.
* Proven experience managing large accounts, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies.
* Strong, high-level relationship skills and the ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
* Demonstrated success in designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives through data and empirical analysis.
* Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating, and closing skills.

### What We Offer

* Competitive base salary range: $105,033 - $171,370.
* Estimated commission target: 66.67% of base salary.
