Job Overview

The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for building, implementing, and managing all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, lead generation, central database management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient business processes to save time and money
  • Oversee all financial systems, including budgeting and generating financial reports
  • Create and maintain an operations manual documenting all systems and standards
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative department members and sales agents

Requirements
