Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of School Supports, the Event Scheduling Specialist will play a crucial role in organizing meeting schedules and coordinating events with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calendars effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine suitable meeting times.
  • Oversee statewide listservs, addressing inquiries from schools, disseminating responses, and updating the internal website.
  • Engage in additional related tasks and projects as assigned.

Work Hours and Environment

This is a part-time, non-exempt role requiring an average commitment of 3-4 hours per week. MCPSA operates as a virtual organization, with team members working remotely.

Compensation
