Requirements
  • Three years of progressively responsible culinary experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of cooks.
  • Culinary degree or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

The Sous Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The successful candidate will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
