- Administrative Tasks: Assist the Executive Chef with administrative tasks, including inventory management, ordering, and record-keeping.
- Three years of progressively responsible culinary experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of cooks.
- Culinary degree or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
The Sous Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The successful candidate will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
