SmartEgg Properties is in search of a dedicated Field Coordinator to enhance the quality of life for our residents. In this role, you will oversee various field operations at residential properties that are currently vacant. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that these homes are well-maintained and ready for new tenants. As part of a supportive and diligent team, your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the community.

This position is more than just driving; it requires a proactive and thoughtful approach to manage tasks effectively. You will be responsible for extensive travel throughout the region, ensuring that properties are in optimal condition for future residents. A company vehicle will be provided for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize and coordinate tasks
  • Conduct thorough property inspections, both with and without tenants present, and document findings with photographs
  • Assess properties for cleanliness and verify that necessary repairs have been completed
  • Post important notices as required
  • Address urgent situations promptly, such as shutting off water valves or issuing notices to vacate
  • Transport fans, portable heaters, or air conditioning units as needed
  • Compile detailed inspection reports
  • Install and remove signage and lockboxes
  • Manage key collection and distribution
  • Replace air filters and perform other maintenance tasks
  • Assist with various errands as required

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection
  • Smartphone with a data plan
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness
  • Adaptability to changing priorities as urgent matters arise
  • Proficient with technology, including creating reports in the field and utilizing project management software
  • Experience in maintenance, property inspection, or claims adjustment is advantageous but not mandatory
