We require a skilled Residential Property Supervisor for our River View community. In this role, you will ensure that our residents receive prompt, high-quality, and professional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee property leasing to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy and rental income targets in accordance with owner guidelines.
  • Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to achieve established objectives.
  • Develop and implement a positive resident relations program to enhance community engagement.
  • Coordinate contractors for property turnovers and necessary services, ensuring quality inspections prior to payment approval.
  • Manage the posting, collection, tracking, and oversight of rental and other income delinquencies.
  • Maximize lease renewals by ensuring resident satisfaction and property inspections are conducted regularly, scheduling improvements and repairs as needed.
  • Accurately complete and submit all required records, reports, and documentation to the Company and relevant federal or state agencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Apartment Management (Preferred).
  • Experience with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) properties.
  • Proficient in Apartment Leasing.
