Community Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our residential communities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure exceptional service and maintain high standards of community operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing and supervising community associates.
- Support leasing and marketing standards, conducting apartment tours, and assisting prospective residents.
- Prepare lease agreements and renewal letters, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Conduct market surveys and provide reports to the corporate office.
- Review resident files, address unpaid fees, and enforce lease terms.
- Assist in organizing resident activities and maintaining loyalty programs.
- Manage daily operations in compliance with company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Embrace our cutting-edge technology to connect with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and secure leases.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Community Manager.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (CAM/ARM) preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-family housing or a related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer service standards.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with property operations, lease terms, and contract enforcement.
