Responsibilities:


As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, your exceptional customer service will be recognized, and numerous opportunities for career advancement await you. Your role will involve dismantling and removing outdated systems, followed by the installation, initiation, and troubleshooting (if necessary) of new HVAC systems in residential environments.

  • Consistent year-round full-time employment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
  • Comfortable taking on a lead role with an assigned helper.
  • Familiarity with local inspection codes.
  • Possession of EPA Certification.
  • A strong work ethic complemented by excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to access attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
  • Flexibility to work long, irregular hours and/or weekends as needed.


All candidates must complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
