Position Responsibilities:


As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will assist prospective residents throughout their journey from inquiry to move-in. Your role will involve:

- Leasing available units
- Providing outstanding customer service to residents
- Fostering long-term relationships with residents
- Managing lease renewals
- Staying informed on Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Maintaining impeccable property conditions
- Conducting market research and supporting outreach marketing efforts
- Utilizing software to manage information and generate reports
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales and customer service; prior leasing experience is advantageous
