Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at INX International Ink Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Prepare orders for billing and related functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Perform consignment inventory and billing functions, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for management and customers, providing valuable insights and data.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to mini plant accounts, entering data associated with inventory capture movement and relief.
- Procurement: Perform searches for internal and external procurement of materials, maintaining all related mini plant data in SAP.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
