Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Misumi USA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth by leveraging your exceptional customer service skills, sales acumen, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design engineers, mechanical engineers, and buyers, to resolve customer discrepancies and drive successful outcomes
  • Utilize Salesforce to document interactions with prospects and manage sales pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including verbal, written, and presenting to various-sized customer audiences
  • Self-motivated individual with enthusiastic sales personality
  • Good communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Working knowledge of contact resource management systems and Salesforce
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% domestically
