Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90-$120,000/year, plus commission (OTE $170-$200K+)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and capable Account Executive - PCB to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular contact to identify business needs
  • Develop sales strategies to identify and address customer needs
  • Manage sales pipelines, with an emphasis on closing deals and growing customer relationships
  • Participate in sales meetings and other company activities to stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and product offerings
  • Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably within the PCB industry
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of printed circuit boards and related technology
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and maintain them over time
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
