Position Overview:
The Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal student enrollment levels and ensuring accurate monthly billing and reporting to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. This position involves various data entry tasks and requires a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between Amity Foundation and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for parolee placements.
  • Manage professional and timely communication via email.
  • Oversee billing processes for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
  • Conduct various reporting tasks for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple computer databases.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
