Position: Community-Based Enrollment & Match Specialist
Location: Los Angeles

Reports To: Community Based Program Manager
JOB SUMMARY: We are in search of a dedicated Enrollment and Match Specialist (CBEMS) to oversee the critical processes of connecting volunteers with youth in mentoring relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, processing applications, and ensuring the safety of children involved.
ESSENTIAL JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage effectively with volunteers and families
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Conduct enrollments and interviews
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
- Ensure child safety and manage associated risks
- Identify and resolve obstacles in the enrollment process
- Provide timely reports and insightful recommendations
- Assist in the training and support of volunteers
- Maintain precise records
- Collaborate with staff and community partners
- Attend agency-related events
POSITION PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Conduct a minimum of 4 interviews weekly
- Facilitate 8 matches monthly
- Participate in match-related activities and events
- Meet quality standards for match duration

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Physical Demands: Role involves sitting, standing, walking, and computer usage.
Working Location: Hybrid model incorporating both office and remote work.
