Enrollment Specialist

Position Summary:
This role is essential within our residential treatment program, dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey. The Enrollment Specialist is tasked with overseeing the admissions, intake, and orientation processes for new residents entering the program. Additionally, this position may involve performing core counseling functions as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify healthy and ethical conduct in all professional interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for prospective admissions.
- Facilitate the effective delivery of treatment services throughout the intake and admissions phases.
- Ensure optimal utilization of service units, including case management, as directed by supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, adhering to agency standards and relevant regulations.
- Demonstrate familiarity with and adherence to all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and agency policies.
- Foster constructive relationships with family members, community organizations, and other professionals in the field.
Qualifications:
- Valid registration or certification as a Substance Use Counselor from a state-approved agency.
- Preference for non-smokers.
- Understanding of 12-Step programs and related philosophies.
- Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
