POSITION OVERVIEW: As the Digital Marketing Technology Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our marketing automation and sales support strategies by maximizing the potential of our CRM and marketing automation platforms.

This position is crucial for utilizing Coldspring's marketing technologies to refine our strategies, streamline marketing operations, and promote data-informed decision-making.

Your responsibilities will involve collaboration with various departments within Coldspring, as well as external agency partners, to create, implement, assess, and enhance marketing strategies, channels, content, and sales support initiatives.

The primary objective of the Digital Marketing Technology Coordinator is to cultivate trust, value collaboration, communicate efficiently, drive results, encourage innovation, prioritize customer needs, work in partnership with others, creatively solve challenges, and uphold high ethical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as the primary administrator and business leader for various marketing technologies, including Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation, Sales Support, and CRM; enhancing user engagement, offering assistance, establishing standard operating procedures, and providing recommendations to boost usage and performance.
  • Overseeing CRM processes and data management, ensuring the accuracy of account records within the CRM, including lead information and opportunities.
  • Implementing lead management strategies to guide prospects through the sales cycle and enhance funnel efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional marketing and sales teams.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and technology applications.
  • Leading requests for marketing campaign and sales funnel data.
  • Collaborating with cross-departmental teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Proactively adjusting and managing programs to meet objectives within established budgets.
  • Coordinating with external agencies, partners, and freelance vendors as needed to execute various marketing strategies.
  • Continuously seeking professional development in your field and becoming knowledgeable about emerging communication trends, platforms, systems, and KPIs to enhance communication efficiencies within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related service industry.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficient understanding of digital and virtual technology tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, marketing funnels, and other B2B systems and methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving; a creative thinker.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of marketing attribution, lead, contact, and account scoring.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
