About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Specialist at Preferred CJDR Muskegon. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships and Drive Sales: Establish strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our vehicle offerings, including features, options, and technologies, to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Demonstrate Vehicles: Conduct high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with buyers and providing exceptional service.
  • Overcome Objections: Develop effective strategies to overcome customer objections and close sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Tech Savviness and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong phone skills and be tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Starter and Ambitious Spirit: Possess a self-starter mentality and an ambitious spirit, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Professional Appearance and Qualifications: Maintain a professional appearance and possess a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
