Position Overview:

We are seeking a DeltaV Engineer to join our team in Muskegon, Michigan. This role is essential for the commissioning efforts of DeltaV systems in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and integrate DeltaV distributed control systems for various applications.
  • Engage actively in the Project Technical Team, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards.
  • Implement DeltaV Automation Standards and best practices across projects.
  • Create Functional Specifications (FS) to outline requirements for DeltaV systems.
  • Translate technical FS into Detailed Designs and software configurations.
  • Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Support commissioning and qualification activities on-site.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements effectively.

Essential Skills:

  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in writing protocols and collaborating with teams.
  • Familiarity with scripting and test automation.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with over 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
