Position Overview:
We are seeking a DeltaV Engineer to join our team in Muskegon, Michigan. This role is crucial for the successful commissioning of DeltaV systems within a pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate DeltaV distributed control systems for various client applications.
- Actively participate in the Project Technical Team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client-specific DeltaV system standards.
- Implement DeltaV Automation Standards across multiple projects.
- Utilize best practices from previous projects to enhance efficiency.
- Create Functional Specifications (FS) detailing the requirements for the DeltaV system.
- Translate technical FS into Detailed Designs and software configurations.
- Prepare Detailed Design Specifications (DS/DDS) for DeltaV software configuration.
- Oversee Software Development within the DeltaV platform.
- Engage in design and code reviews with functional teams.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and oversee commissioning and qualification activities.
- Support commissioning and qualification processes at client sites.
- Assist in the planning and monitoring of test automation phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for commissioning and qualification.

Qualifications:
