Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timelines and deadlines for assigned patients, including securing consents, medical liens, or letters of protection, and ensuring access to medical records
  • Effectively manage a caseload, delivering patient case management services with an emphasis on adherence to medical treatment
  • Take responsibility for patient files, liaise with referring accounts, and proactively address patient care concerns
  • Gather, review, and disseminate medical and billing records throughout the treatment process
  • Maintain precise case management data in the system and update cases on a daily basis
  • Coordinate patient transportation as necessary and manage all incoming communications appropriately
  • Bi-lingual proficiency is highly preferred
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and analytical skills
  • 2+ years of experience in roles such as insurance adjuster, legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Positive demeanor and a sincere commitment to helping others
  • Professional conduct and behavior
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Team-oriented with outstanding organizational and punctuality skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick aptitude for new software
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential
