We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams
- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Competitive pay rates, up to $37 for RNs and $32 for LVNs
- Flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts
