Job Title: Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work with children and families to provide personalized behavior support services in homes and community settings. You will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients within the home and community setting.
  • Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Help to guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills.
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
Requirements:
  • An unstoppable passion for excellence and an unquestionable commitment to those we serve.
  • Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
  • Educational experience in a field that relates to our industry.
  • Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record, and your own reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work during evenings and after school hours.
  • Ability to start working in a part-time role as we develop and grow your caseload.
  • Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities.
