Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide leadership and organizational management in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training at Ally Behavior Centers. Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best possible ABA therapy to our clients.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead intake meetings with new clients and families, conduct and score initial cases using appropriate tools, and develop individualized treatment plans for each client. You will communicate goals and progress with your team of Behavior Technicians, train and supervise a caseload of no more than 8 clients and Technicians, and provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates. Additionally, you will develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings, collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients, and provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary. You will also attend team meetings as scheduled, maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol, and maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goals.
Certification Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required, as well as BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. BLS Certification is also required, or the willingness to complete training and exam upon hire. You must be able to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and submit to a federal and state background check.
