Job Summary

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team of therapists and provide exceptional care to children with autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising a team of behavior technicians, and collaborating with speech and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead intake meetings with new clients and families to understand their needs and goals
  • Conduct and score initial cases using appropriate tools to inform treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client, communicating goals and progress with the team
  • Train and supervise a caseload of behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates to support their professional development
  • Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings to empower families
  • Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to coordinate therapy for shared clients
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as needed
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and communicate effectively with families and clinical teams
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Ability to work on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must submit to a federal and state background check
