We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Technician to join our Behavioral Health Department at Adventist HealthCare. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures.
- Monitor therapeutic treatment and recognize and value differences in the care team.
- Facilitate patient-professional collaboration at all levels of healthcare.
- Use information technology to deliver safe and efficient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience on an in-patient behavioral health unit preferred.
General Psych Disorders Unit, Night Shift: 4 12hr shifts/month (2 weekend and 2 weekday).
