Role Purpose

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support our key accounts in maximizing the value derived from beqom's Cloud solution and consulting services. Your objective is to enhance our strategic partnership with clients and contribute to the sustainability and growth of the business for long-term success and mutual satisfaction. This involves nurturing existing relationships and establishing new ones, serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the global relationship between beqom and the assigned account, ensuring we remain a trusted and valuable partner for the long term;
  • Be responsible for developing assigned accounts and expanding beqom's influence and vision;
  • Manage and meet sales targets for assigned accounts;
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, advancing them through various stages and negotiating to closure;
  • Actively cultivate relationships with multiple management levels of key stakeholders across various departments, including HR, Sales, Finance, IT, and procurement, while developing new connections as necessary;
  • Act as the representative for your customer within beqom, prioritizing their needs and acting in their best interest;
  • Safeguard existing business through diligent account management, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a commitment to understanding and supporting your customer's business and IT objectives;
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, and Product teams to present innovative ideas to your customer and convey complex value propositions;
  • Address customer issues and manage escalations effectively;
  • Negotiate key contracts and annual license renewals;
  • Oversee account administration and provide insights for accurate forecasting;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and enhance knowledge of both legacy and new beqom offerings.

Desired Profile

  • 5+ years of combined experience in sales and consulting services;
  • Demonstrated success in building multi-layered relationships from C-suite to operational levels across various functions, including business, IT, and procurement;
  • Team-oriented individual with experience managing complex account governance and implementing effective account management frameworks;
  • Ability to create and communicate a compelling account vision and rally internal and external teams to execute it;
  • Capability to articulate complex value propositions and the benefits realized;
  • Genuine passion for addressing customer challenges;
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency towards customer needs;
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision;
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to present a clear and concise solution ROI;
  • Experience in Financial Services or Human Resources is a plus;
  • Experience selling to Financial Services or HR tech to enterprise clients is advantageous.
