Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily front of house operations of our restaurant, including managing a team of staff members, achieving budgeted food sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff members to achieve high levels of service and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase food sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall hotel goals

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
