Restaurant Operations Director

**Job Overview:**
As the Restaurant Operations Director at MERIL, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business success. Key responsibilities include financial management, talent development, conflict resolution, and menu optimization.
**Compensation Package:** $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute restaurant strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and manage restaurant teams to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotions
- Maintain accurate records and reports for financial performance and operational efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management, preferably with a focus on hospitality and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting a positive work environment
